Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TargetKB’s browser-based image compression service and paid Pro subscription.

The service

TargetKB helps you compress supported images toward a file-size limit. Results depend on the source image, browser, selected format, and target. No tool can guarantee that every image reaches every target without quality or dimension trade-offs; TargetKB reports when a target is not reached.

Your files

You keep ownership of your files and are responsible for having the right to process them. Image processing occurs locally. You must not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or third-party rights.

Subscriptions

Pro Monthly is billed at US$7.99 each month and Pro Annual at US$49 each year, plus applicable taxes shown at PayPal checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel renewal from your TargetKB account; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Contact support promptly if the paid service is materially unavailable or a billing error occurs. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and PayPal’s applicable payment terms. Cancellation alone stops future renewal and does not automatically refund an elapsed billing period.

Fair use

Pro is licensed to one account for normal individual or internal business use. You may not resell account access, bypass entitlements, disrupt the service, or automate abusive traffic. Browser-local batch processing is limited to 100 images and 300 MB per batch for device safety.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Always keep originals and verify outputs before submitting them to important portals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TargetKB is not liable for indirect losses, rejected uploads, or loss of source files.
