We want the paid workflow to save real time, and we handle billing mistakes or material service failures fairly.

Before purchasing

The complete single-image workflow is free, including target-size processing, result verification, comparison, and download. Use it to confirm browser compatibility and output quality before choosing Pro.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal from your TargetKB account at any time. Cancellation normally leaves Pro access active until the end of the paid billing period and prevents the next charge.

Refund requests

If you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or the paid workflow was materially unavailable, contact us promptly with the Google account email and PayPal transaction identifier. Eligibility is assessed under applicable law and PayPal’s applicable terms. Do not send card or bank details.
